As the President of the NJC YPD, I am reaching out to invite your congregations to partner with us for a powerful day of community impact. Following up on our previous efforts, we are hosting the Kingdom Konvergence: Back to School Bash Part 2 - "Fun in the Sun"!
Our goal is to bring the community together for food, fellowship, and activities, while ensuring our youth are fully equipped to excel in the upcoming school year. As detailed in our event flyer, the event logistics are as follows:

How Your Ministry Can Help (Our Current Needs)
To make this event an unforgettable experience for our youth, we are relying on the collective strength of our nearby churches. This year, we are focusing heavily on providing high-quality resources and a fun, safe environment for the kids.
We are looking for specific assistance and donations in the following areas:

Sponsor a Pair of Shoes ($25 per child): We have secured a partnership with a distributor that allows us to purchase brand-new shoes for just $25 a pair. Instead of physical shoe donations, we are asking for monetary contributions toward this fund so we can purchase the exact sizes the children need.

Activities & Yard Games: We want to bring the "Fun in the Sun" theme to life! We are looking for ministries that can help us secure, rent, or lend inflatables/blow-ups and various yard games (such as cornhole, giant Jenga, connect four, etc.) for the day.

Children's Supplies & General Assistance: We are also welcoming backpacks, school supplies, or general volunteers to help manage the activities and attractions during the event.
Next Steps & Coordination
If your church is able to sponsor a set number of shoes, provide yard games, or assist with the inflatables, please let me know by August 10th so we can coordinate the logistics.
