 o School Bash Part 2 - "Fun in the Sun"!\nOur goal is to bring the communi
 ty together for food\, fellowship\, and activities\, while ensuring our yo
 uth are fully equipped to excel in the upcoming school year. As detailed i
 n our event flyer\, the event logistics are as follows:\n\n\nDate: August 
 22\, 2026\n\n\nTime: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM\n\n\nLocation: Jacobs Chapel AME\n
 \n\nIn Partnership With: Mount Laurel Community and Police Department\, Th
 e NJC YPD\, and Future Kings\n\n\nHow Your Ministry Can Help (Our Current 
 Needs)\nTo make this event an unforgettable experience for our youth\, we 
 are relying on the collective strength of our nearby churches. This year\,
  we are focusing heavily on providing high-quality resources and a fun\, s
 afe environment for the kids.\nWe are looking for specific assistance and 
 donations in the following areas:\n\n\nSponsor a Pair of Shoes ($25 per ch
 ild): We have secured a partnership with a distributor that allows us to p
 urchase brand-new shoes for just $25 a pair. Instead of physical shoe dona
 tions\, we are asking for monetary contributions toward this fund so we ca
 n purchase the exact sizes the children need.\n\n\nActivities &amp\; Yard 
 Games: We want to bring the "Fun in the Sun" theme to life! We are looking
  for ministries that can help us secure\, rent\, or lend inflatables/blow-
 ups and various yard games (such as cornhole\, giant Jenga\, connect four\
 , etc.) for the day.\n\n\nChildren's Supplies &amp\; General Assistance: W
 e are also welcoming backpacks\, school supplies\, or general volunteers t
 o help manage the activities and attractions during the event.\n\n\nNext S
 teps &amp\; Coordination\nIf your church is able to sponsor a set number o
 f shoes\, provide yard games\, or assist with the inflatables\, please let
  me know by August 10th so we can coordinate the logistics.\nThank you fo
 r your continuous dedication to our youth and for always standing in the g
