Another Milestone acheived as we march towards the realization of our Affordable Senior Housing Development Project in Camden, NJ.

On Weds. May 13, 2026, at its regular Monthly Meeting, the Camden Redevelopment Authority passed Resolution 05-13-26B, naming our development team, led by CMC Development Group, LLC, the "Developer of Record" for our proposed 82-unit Affordable Senior Housing Development Project at 30th & Saunders Streets in the Dudley Section of East Camden, the former site of Hosanna AME Church.

The members of the Development Team include:

  1. CMC Development Group, LLC.
  2. Bethel-Hosanna AME Church
  3. Jordantown Community Improvement Association
  4. National Capital Resources
  5. The Delaine Companies
  6. Matrix Design & Consulting
