Hotel
It is imperative that everyone adheres to the deadlines on the hotel occupancy forms. All hotel reservations are to be submitted to the Area Director via the hotel occupancy form. Any rooms booked outside of the room block will be cancelled. Credit Cards need to call me. there will be a small convivence fee, but your overall cost will be lower than the normal room rate.
· Cost Per Hotel Room: $179.00 plus taxes, per night
· Hotel occupancy forms and payments are due on or before August 11, 205.
o All hotel balances must be paid to the New Jersey Conference YPD by September 9, 2025.
