The Camden-Trenton District Conference will take place Friday, September 12, and Saturday, September 13, 2025, hosted here at Bethel AME Church in Moorestown. This will be a great opportunity for your congregations to meet and welcome our new Presiding Elder, Rev. Dr. Derrick Scott, and Consultant Tawanna Scott of the Camden-Trenton District.
Schedule:

Friday Evening – 6:00–8:30 PM: “Throw-back” Game Night for youth of all ages

Friday Daytime: Community engagement activities such as visiting nursing homes, donating to shelters, or serving at a feeding event

Saturday – 8:00 AM–1:00 PM: District Conference with continental breakfast, presenters, worship service, and lunch
As the host church, having a good count for both Friday and Saturday is critical so we can prepare food and ensure adequate space for the youth activities and fellowship.
Please complete and submit your registration no later than September 1. We are especially eager to know how many youth will be attending so that we can plan accordingly — they are the future of our church, and we want to make sure they are well served.
